A Procedural Issue?

Am I a vertebrate or am I a biped? The correct answer is whatever the California supreme court needs to say to end up with the result they'd already decided on.
As to equal rights, I am as much against two straight people of the same sex marrying each other as as I am opposed to marriage between two homosexual people of the same sex. Equal protection in this discussion is a canard.
