These photos are from a story at Atlas Shrugs about a protest in NYC against the building of a mosque at ground zero. The reader is encouraged to read Pamela Geller's coverage there.
Can You Get Any More PC? Amazon Now Sells a Copy of the US Constitution with a Disclaimer

I first saw this at the B Cast on Breitbart TV. Amazon now sells a copy of the US Constitution with the following disclaimer: "This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today. Parents might wish to discuss with their children how views on race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and interpersonal relations have changed since this book was written before allowing them to read this classic work." Comments of the Day

These are all from a thread at Hot Air about how the establishment in academia feels threatened by Glenn Beck. How dare someone lacking a PHd talk about history?
FIRST
As I have hammered upon… This is the key to the future. In the ancient ’70s I often crossed verbal swords with a Stalinist “student” we called Eric the Red (because his name was Eric, he had long red hair, and he was a Communist – we were very clever back then.)
Although I suspected he was a sociopath to some degree, he seemed to enjoy our conversations – and when he was backed into a logical corner would always smile and put forth the same rejoinder:
“It is mute. In 20 years we will control the universities. We will, therefore, control the little jelly minds of those going into the press, entertainment, politics and schools. We win.”
Until the universities are returned to a more neutral status, there will be new legions of little left-bots being turned out by the thousands.

I dig Beck’s history lessons.
He said he has Ph.D on staff who helped research the horrors of communism, and she told him she was outraged she hadn’t learned any of the information when she was a student.

THIRD
We moderns have been lied to about “the Enlightenment.”
It was absolutely not a broadening of thinking, it was a sometimes violent constriction of the rules of acceptable thought. It was a purge of the legitimate achievements of the civilization that came before it.
Real intellectuals today are sifting through the ruins of pre-enlightenment thought and resourcing what is good. The frauds — i.e., most of academia — are obsessed with passing along the crap that was forced down their throats by very bad men.
As to the Enlightenment, it’s no accident that the mystics construed the source of evil in the world as Lucifer, whose english translation from the latin is basically “enlightener”, or light bringer.
Beware Lucifer.

Chris Christie on Morning Joe, 10/14/09-- The Democrat Argument Against Christie: He's Too Fat
Obviously this is not a winning argument in NJ. It's strange to say that since, in NJ, only Republicans can be described as 'oppositional.'
