Bean is from the Illinois 8th. I don't know if that is in Chicago but it looks like it.

Unfortunately, when discussing politics in Illinois, evereywhere is "in Chicago".

The Combine is involved in all things in the Democrat and republican parties.

The use of thuggery has gone down enough that this episode stands out. Silver linings everywhere you look.
