Yeah. Sarah Palin gives a 59 minute, fluid, coherent speech with a few "palm" notes and she is ridiculed.

Meanwhile, President BO can't put together one single coherent thought without his TelePrompter and he is "a smart Harvard graduate."

Go figure.
