This is strange. Maddow said , “The National Tea Party Convention opened with a clarion call to bring back the literacy tests for voting.” But no matter how many times you listen to this video no one ever says the literacy test should be brought back. The video does make it obvious that our voters need more education. For one thing Maddow thinks her viewers don’t know anything about literacy tests and need her to fill in that piece of American history for them. And Maddow seems unable to listen to a speaker and know what he actually said. Or, if Maddow feels it is racist to just talk about literacy tests, then she should stop doing it. Oh, the bumbling heartache of desperation.
