Rangel Rule

He' ten years late on his taxes but he does not have to penalties or interest like people who aren't committee chairmen in congress. Why is this man unwilling to be governed by the laws he passes? Would Obama give him a pass by saying no one else can do his job? People who actually work for a living have to come to terms with the reality that there is always someone who can do their job. But Obama and the Democrat congress live this fantasy that there irreplaceable people.
