Thankfully the Great One is not including congress in a major shift in government policy. That whole checks and balances thing can be so difficult for someone totally lacking in executive experience. And it only reinforces that government of the people, by the people and for the people delusion. This administration's motto is, "We won, get used to it." The subtext is, "It's all Bush and Rush's fault."
